#1122 Inconsistent capitalisation in menus

Minor issue: the menus are inconsistent as to whether they use a capitalise-first-word-only or capitalise-each-word style. Conventionally, a capitalise-each-word style is preferred. Find attached a diff (based on 1.0.2) which uses this style.
