#1098 snipe fails - communication error

Snipe failing every time. Below is an example from one log:

This looks like you were outbid. If you look at the bid history on eBay for this item you should see your snipe in the history but it's not enough to beat the winning bid.

I enter a snipe on an Ebay auction 170130353505 and it did not do my snipe 10 seconds before the auction ended...why? I've used you successfully a number of times but this one didn't work and I couldn't find the problem anywhere after the auction closed (some $20.00 under what my snipe was).
I found the Ebay auction will not open when I click on "Show in Browser." Rather it takes me to search page. I can't seem to configure it correctly.
I just change IP's from AOL to AT&T. Maybe there is a problem there too.
Can you help me.
