#1097 snipe fails - log says auction ended

I successfully sniped an auction last night 7-seconds before the end. Today, however, jbidwatcher failed to snipe another auction. Here is the log output:

At 9 AM EDT, jbidwatcher says the auction was cancelled. However the auction bid history shows the last (and winning) bid to be at 8:22 AM PDT

Which means the auction was still active at 11:22 AM EDT. Why did Jbidwatcher think the auction was cancelled at 9 AM EDT?
