#1022 jbidwatcher does not auto fill in shipping charges

this used to work just fine, when you insert an auction, that jbidwatcher would auto fill in the shipping cost if it's available. about a month or so back I noticed it stopped doing that, so now I end up having to put it in manually. would appreciate it if you could check into why that is happening.
