#1019 US shipping figures instead of UK shipping

As well as the UK shipping going AWOL (bug 1573085) and
pound signs not appearing on web view (bug 1553932),
I'm having problems with JB thinking I'm in the US when
I'm not (I'm in the UK, using ebay.co.uk).

Effects observed with 1.0.7 (I don't remember this
happening with 0.9.x versions):

- The web view shows currency conversion from pounds to
dollars.
- The web view quotes shipping to the US and not the
UK, where the seller has enabled international shipping.

The latter is a problem as then the snipe amounts are
calculated incorrectly, and JB fails to snipe where it
should. I have seen cases where it got the correct (UK)
shipping amount when the auction was first loaded, but
subsequently (perhaps after a reload of JB to work
around bug 1573085, or a refresh after a multisnipe)
the US shipping figure was introduced, and suddenly the
snipe amount becomes too small as the bigger US
shipping amount is subtracted.

Short of manually verifying and setting each and every
shipping amount, this bug means I can't rely on it to
snipe with the correct amount anymore...

Bugs filed after 1.0 and with submitters are being juggled in terms of priority (9 is highest priority). I'm raising bugs filed with a submitter, post-1.0 to P6.

For everything else, bugs which are filed post-1.0, but without a submitter remain P5. Before 1.0 bugs with a submitter are becoming P4, and pre-1.0 bugs without a submitter name become P3.

Thanks for your patience, while I try to pare back the bug list to what may actually still be in the program. I may also start to close bugs which are referring to the same issue, leaving either the oldest, or the one with the most activity.

I don't have a good answer... I'd love to know why it shows up sometimes with the right one, if that's still true, as it might point the way towards the answer.
