Hi,
First of al, great tool !!!

It worked fine for me, but now, after a few days, the
response of the gui is really down.
It does not respond normally any more.
If I click somewher, I have to wait around 10 seconds
for a reaction.

I am watching around 100 objects.

(I also had around 50 in the completed tab, I deleted
these, and that did not help.)
(I did have more then 100 objects that I was watching,
I deleted around 30%, but did did not increase the
performance.

Using WinXP, java verison sun 1.5.0_04

Maybe this will help too. It seems to be a problem which internet connection I use.
If I go over wireless, the problem occurs. JBidwatcher is working, but it takes a real
long time to update the auctions.
I do not have this problem if I use it over a UMTS or a normal Lan connection.
The wireless connection BTW, is really good in speed and connection.

Hope this will help to work on a solution.
If I can be of assistance, just email me.

In my auctions, the auctions disappear in Jbid, but remain
    in the auctions file.
I simply erased the old stuff at the end of file (between
    deleted tag)

    Sometimes it works quite well!

    I don't see this behavior. I'm watching 19 auctions on a 1 GHz Win2K PC,
    and it seems snappy.

However, I do see the whole machine slow down drastically from time to time.
The workaround for that is to use Process Explorer (from SysInternals) to
set the priority of services.exe to "Below normal (6)". That helps a lot.

I presume that means that one of the services is malfunctioning, but I've
not been able to figure out which one.
