#1 jazz and tex2ref pactch to work with wxwidgets-2.9 svn

Please note I don't know exactly what i doing (but i have i good idea) and I did not test this much. You might want to consider this a feature request with some of the work done allready.

I change the following
1.)
I down load the latest wxwidgets(Revision: 56502) yesterday 10-25-08 and changed Jazz and tex2ref two compile with the svn code of wxwidgets, the changes probaly will break the 2.8 realse but have not tested it.
2.)
I added a Codeblock project folder and add a codeblock jazz++.cbp and a readme on how to use it even tho it is for linux only. I also added jazz.doxy file so you can build jazz doc with doxgen.
3.) I change the read me to tell you that you need tex2ref and how to get and build it.

I ran the following comand
svn diff >patch.txt
