[Jazzplusplus-user] Is Jazz development dead?

Hello there! I've reached the stage where Jazz 4.0.0 no longer does all
I need, but see no sign of development since 2004. Is this the case?
I'm a software engineer by profession, so am willing to help if there is
still development ongoing, but am an embedded programmer with little
Windows knowledge.
