Hi Bob,

I decided it was time to separate tex2rtf from Jazz++ and created a 
separate project for tex2rtf.

IRRC, the current trunk for tex2rtf doesn't build.  The trunk is an 
attempt to work with the latest wxWidgets (2.9.2).

To get tex2rtf building and working, you may have to use the 2.8 branch 
of tex2rtf

http://tex2rtf.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tex2rtf/branches/wx-2.8-branch/

and wxWidgets.

I have updated the Jazz++ web content w.r.t. recent Jazz++ changes (wx 
2.9.2 and Visual Studio 2010), but not tex2rtf.

My day job always seems to get in the way ;-)
