Hi Pete,

I began to build jazz++ on my ubuntu machine today. Wx seemed to build
ok, but when I tried to get from the tex2rtf svn I got this:

'https://jazzplusplus.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/jazzplusplus/tex2rtf'
doesn't exist
