Hmmm....ok...tex2rtf builds okay, however when it comes to building
jazz itself, it has no idea that tex2rtf has been installed in
$HOME/Jazz++/TestInstall/bin because such is not in $PATH .

Perhaps DESTDIR for the text2rtf build should have been 
'/usr/local/wx289/bin'  instead?
