Man Kevin... you're making me feel guilty ;-)  I've been very busy with 
my "day job", but I'm back looking at Jazz++.  It's good to hear from 
Don too.

I just committed a change to the configure code that forces the use of 
wxWidgets 2.8.9 or higher.  I just successfully built the current trunk 
of tex2rtf and Jazz++ on my Fedora 9 box...
