Applied with some slight modifications, but I was hoping this stuff 
would end up as part of the online docs.  Since we can generate HTML 
with that content, I can simply upload it to the web site.  I have 
Tex2RTF building on a Linux box and the Mac.  Maybe we can focus on that 
so you can start adding this type of content to jazz/src/HelpFiles/jazz.tex.
