I forgot to mention that this patch also contains draft text meant for the
documentation part of the website....(my only excuse is re-quoting the 
famous passage "it was late, I was tied, and just before my head hit the keyboard..")
That content maybe incomplete, but it gives you the idea of where I'm headed.

First draft means that though - corrections expected, and I can re-diff the
patch in two parts  if you want.
