[jazzplusplus-devel] Patch -- htdocs fixups [2]

Greetings,


This patch corrects (hopefully) all outstanding typos, spelling,
and other grammatical issues in the content of the following;

web/htdocs/buildingwx/index.php
web/htdocs/buildingjazz/index.php


Apart from simple corrections, some wording has been slightly
changed/rearranged to facilitate paragraph formatting. These are
the only deviations from the content of the original texts at this time.

TODO: Mac OSX building instructions (awaiting input from Mac users)
