is actually emitted when jazz cannot seemingly find a valid input device,
ie; I didn't have vkeybd running. Previous (elusive) reports of this I 
posted, were apparently related to me changing things in the qsynth
connection panel 'on the fly'....sorry if that created any confusion.

I did update my alsalib btw, but such made no difference here.
