....and possibly Lesstif widgets were used for linux builds IIRC

Manual (separate) generation of HTML docs works fine. I'll need grab &
install 'pdflatex' to checkout the PDF build. I'll do a full 'inline' build
of the tree a bit later and check all is working as expected. 

Glad my bio-post wasn't too far off topic ;-)
