Ummmm, have a patch ready?  ;)  Seriously, I don't have time to read the whole 
thing, so I skimmed it, and I can say without fear of contradiction that 
we'll look at any patch somebody sends.  ;)

So, if you haven't already, get wxWidgets 2.4, Jazz from CVS, and start 
working on that patch!  (um, Jazz may not compile on Windows at this time, so 
you might have to tweak that a bit)
