Never mind, I found a copy.  It is now compiling.

Also, I did a CVS update just now, and the mysterious "dialogs.txt"
file appeared, and the XPM/BPM files fixed themselves.  Not sure why
this wasn't working yesterday...  used the exact same CVS commands.

??? 

Can't argue with success, I guess.  :)
