Yes, since jazzlib is part of GNU Classpath (distributed separately),
which is an official GNU project of the FSF that is the best way. I
believe the correct address is lic...@gn....

The FSF agreed to clarify the text of the exception statement we are
currently using. They setup a wiki to get input
http://www.fsf.org/licensing/classpath
There is a special page for giving input on different scenarios in which
(parts of) GNU Classpath are used to create larger works. Please add
this scenarios there.
