Possibly. Can you think of a case where the behaviour would be incorrect after close() has been called?

Hi John,

while reading the Classpath code in java.util.zip.GZIPInputStream, I was
wondering whether the close() method might need to do anything else
besides invoking the implementation of its superclass.
