Jazzlib is licensed under GPL + *exception*. I think the exception rule
allows everything you need. In short you are allowed to link your code aga=
inst
an unmodified version of jazzlib and put the result under a proprietery lic=
ense.
Only if you change the code of the jazzlib library itself you have to publi=
sh it
under GPL.
