Perhaps you could find out what program was used to create the zip
files, and whether there is any documented evidence of it behaving
strangely?
Have you had a look at the jazzlib source to see where it is throwing
this exception and what check was performed?
I don't have time to look into it right now, you can submit the file so
long as an attachment to a bug.
