#1 Decryption Capability

Yes, the encryption of Zip files is problematic, however
there are legacy applications which produce them (In my
case it's a contractual requirement rather than
anything technical)

Based on the "whitepaper" produced by PKWare people,
I'm trying to wedge the decryption into
inflaterInputStream, but I'm not having much luck.

Has there been any work done on this at all?
