#3 Generated classes in same folder/package structure like they were placed in the schema folder,

It is nice to have the choice for the default package.
But, it would be even nice if that package is just the root package and if folders are used in the "schema" folder the package will be expanded.

The result should be the same paths in the src folder as in the schema folder.
