     Rudi... thanks a bunch for all the patience.  It turns out I was updat=
ing=20
the wrong php.ini file.  I looked in phpinfo() and found the one that was b=
eing=20
used.  I updated this file with the proper path, and now the cvs version wo=
rks.

     There's one problem... I don't see the folder snapshot layout you post=
ed=20
previously.  So far at a glance, the layout of everything looks the same.  =
I'm=20
still exploring.
