#18 limiting output in WML
I get charged by the megabyte for my WAP phone, and it
would really be nice to have a way to limit how much of
an email is shown at a time. for instance, a user
setting for bytes (or kilobytes), and then an email
that exceeds that will have, say, Read More or Previous
Page / Next Page links after the specified amount has
been printed
