Is anyone experiencing a double spacing effect in their emails?

For Example:

Before Send:

blah blah blah
blah

After Send:

blah blah blah

blah

I checked my preferences for the 80 char wrap, but I don't think this is the problem. Has anyone fixed or seen this? Please help.

  Quick update, I just figured out it is only when reading plain/text emails. You send the email ok, it is just not displaying received emails right.
