#80 "Select entire folder" checkbox cannot be unchecked.

In the Mail application, once you check the "Select
entire folder" checkbox, it cannot be unchecked. This
is tested on Mozilla and Internet Explorer. (Is this
possibly a JavaScript bug?) Of course anything that
causes the page to refresh clears the checkbox.
