#75 Folder change Problem

Under Netscape 4.x is a problem with the folder-changer
in the right-upper corner. For example: The folder "sent
mail" cannot be chosen, because the old Netscape
doesn't allow spaces in the GET-Parameter. It results in
a Bad Request - 400 Message.
