#74 Timestamp on messages enhancement

Currently, the timestamp on messages is in the timezone
of the mail server. The ability to have the end-user
configure THEIR timezone and have the timestamps
adjusted accordingly would be a GREAT feature.

I guess adding a setting to the Preferences for Mail
would be the place to let the user specify their
timezone info.
