#7 ER:Sys Tray: Change order of items

In the current 1.0 system tray menu, Smart Mute and
Mute are the bottom two items, which is good, easy to
get to.

The next item, Add to Notebook, is not as useful as the
next two items (Favorites and Bookmarks).

I wish Notebook would be "bumped" by 2 slots.

If Next and Prev channel were added, I'd think they
would be great directly after the two Mutes, and then
Favorites.
