#25 setInterface w/invalid interface doesn't fire an error event

When doing a StandardRequest.setInterface() call, with
a valid UsbDevice but an invalid interface and alternate
setting, I expect to get an UsbException and an error
event. When I do that, however, I do get an
UsbException, but I don't get an error event.

    Was a problem with Linux implementation, check for invalid
    and/or unclaimed interface, when doing a DCP request with
    interface or endpoint recipient, was not setting the
    UsbException on the UsbIrpImp nor completing the UsbIrpImp.
    Fixed in CVS.
