From the release notes:

Added the tbmergewsdl Ant macro. This macro is useful when 2
WSDL files must be merged into a single WSDL file with multiple
portType and binding definitions. This is particularly helpful when
designing asynchronous web services. Have a look at the
share/ant/toolbox_macros.xml file for more information.
