Java Toolbox Build 22 is available

Finally a release a the Java Toolbox.

This release (build 22) focuses on providing reusable Service API's
that can be accessed as Java API's or Web Services. Have a look at
the following packages:

* toolbox.services.util.logging
* toolbox.services.mail.simple
* toolbox.services.ldap.simple
* toolbox.services.jms.simple
