JavaSOM 1.2 Released!

Only after five years of long waiting. Fixed issues with J2SE5.0 making the PDF creation possible again and in the same process updated 3rd party (Apache project) jar files. Also a shameful normalization bug has been fixed. And as a bonus, the training instruction settings can now be stored.
