I have already adressed that problem and I made a DB-SCAN algorithm that 
run atop the xml results in order to find bigger clusters as i may have 
as input more than 200 files but still the parameters that i should give 
to both SOM and DB-SCAN is a problem. I think we can solve it with 
genetic programming.
After i migrated to Java 1.5 the results would be really bad. I would 
have only one cluster but it seems that JSOM 1.2 will address the problem.

Anyway i should say a big thanks to you for your great work.

But the clustring and quering modules are not working for the moment
