I just try your soft, and it works really well on DB version 0001 files. is there a way to use it on version 0003 files ?

  First of all, sorry for the late reply... busy two weeks :(
  
  I thought it would work with 0001, but I never tested with one.
  Could you point me to a copy of a 0001 archive, so I can test?
  
  BTW: You should be able to convert from 0001 to 0003 by using rrdtool command line tools; they usually suggest doing a rrdexport and then a rrdrestore.

    I can't give you my files (I found the method to convert my RRD to 0003 version, and munin continue to work, so I delete the old files).
