[Javascore-users] Javascore 3.1.1, with ISAF amended Lowpoint

I've just released Javascore 3.1.1, it fixes a few glitches reported on the
April release of 3.0.1, AND more important contains the amended ISAF
lowpoint tiebreaking that went into effect on June 1, 2002.

I recommend switching to Javascore 3.1.1 immediately as these tiebreaker
changes can have an impact more often that you might think.

As always, you can download Javascore and see what else is new in the 3.1.1
