Version 1.4 Released

The graphics system was broken by an update to the Java2D library. Fixed! Windows users *should* be able to see what is going on now. Also rewrote various portions of code for cleanliness/optimization issues.

Also made a slick new icon for the Mac OSX package! Check it out if you swing that way. It's no prize, but better than the old one.
