#98 Resize a shape problem
when you click a shape, some dots shows up, so you can change the size or the position of the shape. if the pointer is quite close to the dot, the pointer change it's shape to a double arrow to show you that you can change the selected shape. if the pointer is not exactly on the dot, even if it seems that you can do changes, you cannot.
