#82 Text box border shown in slideshow when selected in preview

[PVT-10]

Platform:
Windows 7 32bit, SP0,
Java (build 1.6.0_24-b07)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new JP session
2. Create a text box
3. Click on the box after its been placed
4. Press F5/Start Slideshow button

Result: The text box format border is carried along into the slideshow

Comments: If you deselect the text box by clicking on empty space in the slide formatter the border won’t be shown. Do step 3&4 again and it will reappear

In addition a nonselected textbox disappears when slide show is over until clicked

I have fixed the border issue, but I haven't looked at the disappearing textbox issue yet.
