#78 Excessive CPU use when using text boxes++

[PVT-10]

Platform:
Windows 7 32bit,
Windows XP 32bit SP3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open JP (small CPU spike)
2. Create a text box in JP and keep it selected (constant and major cpu spike)

Result: When using text boxes in JP the CPU load is strongly disproportionate to the relative size of JP (70%+ CPU use)

Comments: The CPU also spikes when moving around shapes

Expected Result: Appropriate use of CPU for its intended need
