#30 Failure to recognize some file extensions as valid

OS: Windows 7 / 32-bit
Bug: Failure to recognize some file extensions as valid when inserting pictures into Javapoint.

Scenario:
1. Extract the attached .zip file.
2. Open Javapoint
3. Click insert picture
4. Browse to the folder where there you extracted the .zip file.
5. Click “all files“ 
-Notice that more picture files appear in relation to the “image” tab.-

Result .dib, .jfif, .jpe, and .dib did not show under the image tab but were fully supported by Javapoint nevertheless.

Comments: The files tested; .png, .bmp, .dib, .gif, .jfif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .tif, 16 & 24 and 256-colour .bmp, 16 & 24 and 256-colour .dib.

Expected Result: All image file should be visible under the image tab.
