- priority: 5 --> 2
Version: Javapoint PreAlpha revision 352
OS: Windows 7 / 32-bit
Scenario:
1. Open Paint.exe
2. Draw anything at all
3. Save as .png (not tried anything else at this moment)
4. Open the saved picture in Notepad++, or Notepad
5. Delete a random line of code
6. Save the broken code.
7. Open JavaPoint
8. Open corrupted image file through Javapoint (the insert picture button on the bottom of the screen)
Result: File did not open*
Comments: *The image can still be seen through the image reader in Win7, so it would be expected for Javapoint to still implement the picture.
**Note that the program at hand did not crash when trying to insert the picture.
Expected result: I expected there to be some sort of message either telling me that the file couldn’t be loaded and why it couldn’t be loaded or that the file was loaded but with errors.
