Recent Camino nightlies and MRJ and JEP 0.9. With tabbing prefs set to have new tabs get focus (NOT to load in the background). After a java applet has been loaded, all new tabs now load in the background. Quitting Camino and reloading brings back normal behavior. Haven't tried it in Firefox yet, FF is buggy anyway with the new Prefs window.
