re-iteration on the last two commits: 

* transition breaks on Thread.start()/sleep()/yield() should be optional. There now is a "cg.thread.break_all"
to control this, and the default is false

* the ChoicePoint change was using String.isEmpty(), which is not in Java 1.5. Thanks Hank
