git Merge Request #2: added initial .travis.yml (merged)

Figured out that this doesn't work because of size limitation of travis VM. Added further explanation as comment to .travis.yml and pushed into this branch (with --force after commit --amend), but sourceforge.net doesn't seem to pick it up, check out https://github.com/krichter722/javaocr for the up-to-date version. It might still be useful because only one person will waste time setting it up.
