#3 SNMP agent doesn't start from TELNET shell
If SNMP agent on the telnet server is not already running, executing
Telnet_Serv# snmp 161 group_name
causes this message:
Unable to close connection on SNMP agent
If SNMP agent on the telnet server is already running, executing the very same command successfully restarts SNMP agent.
