A preliminary version of the Java musicbrainz library persistence laye is available for download.
This library adds hibernate persistence handling to java musicbrainz library. Every result of the webservice is cached locally. If some requested information is present in the database, this data will be returned and additional data will be fetched from the musicbrainz webserver

There are just a few enehncements in this release. Most work has been done in creating an additional persistence layer, which can be added transperently to the java musicbrainz library.
